This was from a Sample CD called '8-Bit Stylez', made by Ueberschall. It's made specifically for anyone who wants premade melodies, sound fx, etc, and is quite expensive at the expense of being royalty-free under use. I feel STRONGLY that "Ayo Technology" was Danja's primarily (see me in Shock Value II commments).

But, Danja makes completely original compositions, which strikes me as odd in reference to this track. That means Tim has to have been involved somewhere along the line. Then again, Danja is credited for having a hand in Nelly Furtado's "Do It". I can't pretend he wasn't involved with that.Wantedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11742119143997053854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1357227101874268403.post-38987903918474521452007-11-02T17:36:00.000-07:002007-11-02T17:36:00.000-07:00hammer your saying danja lyk tim aint involved in ...hammer your saying danja lyk tim aint involved in da trackAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1357227101874268403.post-2225721658435922012007-11-02T16:32:00.000-07:002007-11-02T16:32:00.000-07:00Some of this stuff you fools are calling samples r...Some of this stuff you fools are calling samples really aren't. In the AYO Technology instru, you can CLAERLY hear the arpeggiation slowing down when Tim/Danja hit the lower keys, which is exactly the same of what I did in that mp3.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1357227101874268403.post-18760623106500457332007-11-02T15:11:00.000-07:002007-11-02T15:11:00.000-07:00If you listen to Ayo technology it's obvious that ...If you listen to Ayo technology it's obvious that Danja used a sample or samples since the speed of the arpegiator slows down as the chord changes.

Now, if Danja would've used their Sidstation Synth or any other synth to actually create the sound from scratch the speed of the arpegiator would've not changed as the chord went down.

It's the same way when you pitch down voices, if you don't preserve duration while pitching the voice, it will not only get darker/lower, it will be slower also.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1357227101874268403.post-31732071491971370462007-11-02T12:43:00.000-07:002007-11-02T12:43:00.000-07:00"this sample hasn't been slowed down. it's the exa..."this sample hasn't been slowed down. it's the exact same as the 8bit version. tim prolly cut it into 3 pieces and added water, lol."

*LMAO*Random Jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00561773810296446178noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1357227101874268403.post-6664691408603279142007-11-02T11:42:00.000-07:002007-11-02T11:42:00.000-07:00Thanks for this. Thanks for this.schmenkeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10715170301974324811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1357227101874268403.post-8049768864528419022007-11-02T10:36:00.000-07:002007-11-02T10:36:00.000-07:00All he needed was just the first second of that sa...All he needed was just the first second of that sample.
